Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

BMS Technician

to join our maintenance team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS/DDC). The role requires technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operation of building automation systems across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission DDC/BMS control systems and components. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS systems in facilities such as hospitals, schools, and residential complexes. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems. Ensure efficient operation of HVAC and other electromechanical equipment through proper system monitoring and calibration. Maintain system documentation, wiring diagrams, and service logs. Coordinate with engineers and other maintenance staff to support smooth daily operations. Follow all safety procedures and company policies during installation and maintenance activities.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Technical Certificate (1-1.5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication from a recognized institute (e.g., ITI, TESDA, NVQ).

Minimum 3 years of experience in DDC system installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance.

At least 1.5 years of GCC experience in electromechanical maintenance within hospitals, schools, or residential complexes.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in BMS and automation systems. Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
