About the Role

We are seeking qualified

Building Management System (BMS) Technicians

to support a large healthcare facility maintenance project in Qatar. The position involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated building control systems to ensure reliable and efficient facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor BMS platforms, field controllers, and user interfaces. Diagnose issues in control panels, communication networks, and field devices. Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration, and basic configuration of sensors, actuators, and controllers. Assist in implementing control strategies and updating system logic under engineering supervision. Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical teams for issue resolution and system optimization. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and system documentation. Follow site safety standards, PPE rules, and hospital infection-control protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

Technical diploma or certificate (minimum 3 years) in

Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Building Services, or Automation

. Minimum

3 years of recent experience

in maintenance or service work related to BMS, building automation, or instrumentation systems. Familiarity with BMS communication protocols (e.g.,

BACnet, Modbus

). Ability to read control schematics and use diagnostic tools (multimeter, network tester, configuration software). Previous experience in hospital or commercial building maintenance is an advantage. Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary:

QAR 1,800 - 2,100 (based on experience and qualifications)

Food Allowance:

QAR 300
