Job Description

Oversee the BMS to ensure proper performance of building systems: HVAC, lighting, power, fire alarms, security, etc. Conduct routine inspections, backups, and software updates to ensure system reliability. Respond swiftly to system alarms and faults--troubleshoot or escalate issues. Perform regular preventive and reactive maintenance on BMS-controlled systems. Provide operational support and communicate with technicians for repairs and upgrades. Analyze BMS data trends to recommend improvements Monitor energy consumption and support efficiency initiatives. Log system operations, alarms, maintenance, calibrations, and override adjustments. Generate periodic reports on system performance and incidents. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Participate in safety meetings and promptly report hazards. Liaise with engineering, maintenance teams, and external vendors. Provide technical guidance to facility staff and building occupants. Assist in commissioning or modifying BMS installations. Apply system overrides and calibrations to maintain design parameters.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
