BMS Operator

to join us in delivering seamless, intelligent building management experiences to our clients.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Responsible to supervise and control operation of Building management system and lighting control system as per site con/requirements. Responsible to address all the client complaints/requirements without delay. Should coordinate with Engineering/ maintenance team whenever their assistance is required. Responsible to maintain the database for all the complaints received and time duration for in which it is addressed. Responsible to keep daily record of issues or complaints received, alarms and other works carried out at site. Responsible for report generation and submission of the same to client as per the give format within the given time frame. Responsible to maintain safe and orderly work area. Responsible to provide necessary assistance to the engineering or maintenance team during Preventive and corrective maintenance. Responsible to manage and respond to all emergency situations quickly. Responsible to monitor the complaints received on the client system software and update the maintenance team immediately. Responsible to ensure that the complaints are addressed within the required time frame as per the contract. Responsible to update the client system software once the complaints are addressed and closed. Responsible to ensures smooth functioning of BMS system and LCS system without any disruption in the system performance.

Requirements:

Available to join immediately. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. Familiarity with major BMS platforms (e.g., Delta Controls, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Honeywell). Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

BMS Operator: 2 years Minimum (required)
