Job Description

Monitor, operate, and control the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure proper functioning of HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, security, electrical, plumbing, and other building services.

Respond promptly to BMS alarms, identify root causes, and take corrective action or escalate issues as necessary.

Perform routine system checks and inspections to ensure equipment performance and energy optimization.

Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Maintain detailed logs, reports, and records of BMS operations, alarms, and system performance.

Support the Facilities team in implementing energy-saving initiatives and improving system efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems connected to BMS.

Provide technical support during emergencies, shutdowns, or testing of building systems.

Update system databases, schedules, and configurations when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
