Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of BMS systems and field devices (DDC panels, sensors, controllers, actuators etc). Troubleshoot and repair faults in HVAC and BMS control systems. Monitor BMS alarms and respond to system failures or abnormal operations. Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of BMS systems will be a plus. Troubleshoot and maintain existing BMS installations and field equipment. Capable of re-programming the dashboard & graphical configuration of BMS system will be a plus. Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and ELV vendors for seamless integration. Update BMS software and configurations based on operational requirements. Coordinate with Engineer for upgrades or technical support. Maintain records of system performance, maintenance logs, and service reports. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Provide technical support during new installations and commissioning phases. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BMS or building automation systems maintenance. Hands-on experience with BMS platforms such as Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Sauter, Coba or similar. Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems integration. Basic knowledge of networking and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.). Ability to read and interpret control schematics and wiring diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts or be on-call when required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
