Job Description
Hiring: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
Role-Specific Requirements:
Must have a good knowledge in electrical, BMS for MEP Systems (i.e. Small Power Systems, ELV, etc.) Can troubleshoot related to Small Power Systems and MEP systems Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, motors, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and manuals. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair.
