Design, configure, and program BMS systems (e.g., Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Tridium, Sauter, Coba, Delta Controls etc.).
Review Architectural, MEP and ELV drawings to identify integration points with BMS.
Prepare control schematics, points list, and IO summaries for HVAC, Fire, Chill water, and other systems / field devices.
Install and configure BMS components including controllers, DDC Panels, Sensors, Actuators, and other field devices.
Perform system integration with HVAC, lighting, fire, energy metering, and other ELV systems.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of BMS systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain existing BMS installations and field equipment.
Capable of re-programming the dashboard & graphical configuration of BMS system.
Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and ELV vendors for seamless integration.
Support the project team in developing project documentation such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
Provide training to end-users and facility management teams on BMS operation.
Capable of preparing & implementing checklists & parameters for the Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
UAE Driving License is a must.
3-5 years of proven experience in BMS within ELV environments.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control logics.
Experience with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, etc.
Familiarity with BMS software platforms (e.g., Niagara, Honeywell EBI, Schneider EcoStruxure, Coba, Delta Controls).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and BMS programming tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and deadlines.
BMS manufacturer certifications will be a plus (e.g., Schneider, Honeywell, Siemens, Tridium)
