Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience 7 years in FM in the Gulf
3 years on projects involving integrated smart systems
Specialized Skills:
Advanced skills in BMS troubleshooting and integration across subsystems
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) performance Analyze data trends to optimize energy and system efficiency Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and apply timely fixes Support integration of HVAC, lighting, security, and fire systems * Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
