Job Description
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of
Ashghal drawing standards, formats, and submission requirements
Proficient inAutoCAD
(2D drafting) Experience in preparingAs-Built drawings
Ability to read and interpretMEP, BMS, ELV, and architectural drawings
Preparation ofshop drawings
, layouts, and schematics as per consultant requirements Knowledge ofQCS (Qatar Construction Specifications)
Project & Documentation Skills
Familiar with
consultant / Ashghal approval procedures
Drawing revisions, document control, and version management Coordination withsite engineers and consultants
Preparation ofsubmission packages
(IFC, IFP, As-Built)Coordination & Site Skills
Understanding of
site conditions and redline markups
Ability to update drawings based onsite changes and inspections
Coordination with multiple disciplines to avoid clashesSoft Skills
Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet
tight deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently with minimum supervisionJob Type: Full-time
