BMS Design & Estimation Engineer
to join our dynamic engineering team and support the design, estimation, and proposal development for cutting-edge Building Management System (BMS) projects across the region.

About the Role
This is a technical role focused on designing smart building systems and preparing cost-effective, competitive proposals. You'll work closely with the sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure solutions are optimized for performance, cost, and sustainability.
Your Responsibilities:
Design BMS systems including control schematics, point lists, network architecture, and panel layouts
Prepare technical submittals, BOQs, and compliance documentation in line with project specs
Estimate costs for BMS projects including materials, labor, and third-party components
Analyze tender documents and identify value-engineering opportunities
Collaborate with sales and proposal teams to develop compelling technical offers
Review and validate vendor quotes, technical data, and design inputs
Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards and customer requirements

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
3-6 years of experience in BMS design and estimation
Solid knowledge of BMS systems (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium, etc.)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control logic
Attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluency in English
