To be successfull in this role you must have atleast 5 years experience in Maintenance of Building Management System.
Description:
Maintenance for Building Management systems; technical documentations.
Key Role & Responsibilities :
- Survey the project and get the input from site for proposing the AMC.
- Need to know system : Sauter , Schenider, Honeywell OR any similar brand.
- Control, Plan and Execute Casual jobs, PPM, CM/RM for all BMS maintenance works in a timely and scheduled manner.
- Preparing and submit all work completion reports and obtain acknowledgement from client.
- Submission of invoices to clients with supporting documents.
