Description:
Maintenance for Building Management systems; technical documentations.
Key Role & Responsibilities :
Survey the project and get the input from site for proposing the AMC.
Need to know system : Sauter , Schenider, Honeywell OR any similar brand.
Control, Plan and Execute Casual jobs, PPM, CM/RM for all BMS maintenance works in a timely and scheduled manner.
Preparing and submit all work completion reports and obtain acknowledgement from client.
Submission of invoices to clients with supporting documents.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Related Qualification
BMS system training certificate
Relevant Middle East job experience (min 5 years)
Must have driving license
