Blow Molding Operator
Job Description
Position -
PET Blow Molding Technician / Operator
Responsibilities-
1) Operate and monitor the PET blow molding machines for smooth production.
2) Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components.
3) Troubleshoot and repair machine issues (defective bottles, heating, air pressure, PLC errors).
4) Ensure bottles meet quality standards and follow safety/SOP guidelines.
5) Maintain maintenance logs and assist in process improvements.
Experience-
=> Minimum: 2-3 years hands-on experience with PET blow molding machines,
Skills -
1) Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
2) Knowledge of rotary blow molding operations and preventive maintenance.
3) Ability to work independently
4) Ability to handle high-speed production machines.
