Kitchen Operations
Plan and organize the biryani station, ensuring all ingredients are ready.
Check food quality, freshness, and cleanliness of ingredients.
Manage portion control to minimize waste.
Maintain stock of spices, meat, rice, and other ingredients.
Hygiene & Safety
Ensure cleanliness of cooking area, utensils, and equipment.
Follow food safety standards and proper storage procedures.
BBQ Cook Job Duties
Grilling & Cooking
Prepare and marinate chicken, beef, mutton, seafood, and kebabs.
Grill, smoke, or BBQ items according to recipe and required doneness.
Operate grill, smoker, charcoal pit, or gas BBQ equipment safely.
Monitor cooking temperatures and adjust heat as needed.
Ensure proper texture (juicy, tender) and taste consistency.
Food Preparation
Cut, trim, and portion meats before marination.
Prepare sauces, glazes, rubs, and basting mixtures.
Set up BBQ/grill station with required tools and supplies.
Kitchen & Safety Duties
Keep grill area clean and sanitized.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling.
Maintain equipment and report repairs when needed.
Combined Responsibilities (Biryani + BBQ Cook)
Coordinate timing so both biryani and BBQ items are ready for service.
Work with kitchen staff to support busy periods.
