Service/Project Supervisor This position manages, coordinates and influences all functions related to the safety testing, repair and maintenance of biomedical patient care equipment, as well all paper lite functions of this fully digital test device environment. Manages all aspects of medical equipment technology and training programs for relevant Bio medical engineers, technical staff in regards to equipment operations, standards and maintenance. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of service engineers and to monitor the proper distribution of your staff on daily basis. 2. Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space and equipment availability. 3. Establish objectives and evaluate operational criteria for the service department based on a solid structure. 4. Providing technical assistance for sales specialist and support the sales team to open new doors in sales. 5. Complete coordination with logistic and warehouse to insure proper planning for all deliveries successfully securing all invoices signed and forwarded to finance. 6. Very focused follow-up on all pending invoices on daily basis by coordinating closely with your engineers, stores and all related staff members. 7. Seeking service contracts for all sold or represented by AMMT trying maximum efforts to cover service unit expenses with profit for yearend bonus for you and your team. 8. Develop and implement organization policies and procedures for the unit up to the highest standards. 9. Develop and maintain computerized record management systems to store and process data, such as personnel activities and product information, and to produce reports systematically. 10. Conduct and administer fiscal operations, including accounting, planning, budgets, authorization expenditures, rates for service, and coordinating financial reporting. 11. Maintain communication between governing boards, medical staff and department heads by attending board meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning. 12. Monitor the use of service tools, facilities and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment and services. 13. Maintain awareness of advances in medical filed technological innovations and shifts in the focus of care. 14. Prepare activity reports to inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services and quality initiatives. 15. Plan, implement and administer programs and a health care or medical facility, including personnel administration, training and coordination of medical facility, including personnel administration, training and coordination of medical, nursing and physical plant staff. 16. Consult with medical, business and community to discuss service problems, respond to community needs, enhance public relations and coordinate activities and plans. 17. Inspect facilities and recommend building or equipment modification to ensure emergency readiness and compliance to access, safety and sanitation regulations. 18. Review and analyze department activities and data to aid planning and risk management and to improve service utilization. 19. Develop instructional materials and conduct in service and community- based educational programs. 20. Search and initiate new project lead, expansion in any hospitals, preparing BOQ, attending the bid, meeting the pre requirements etc. 21. Execution of projects in full coordination with service and Sales team. Job Requirements Should have an extensive experience in servicing medical Equipment's, item for hospitals, clinics and Medical centers in UAE Region. Having 2-3 years' experience in UAE medical market Should have a valid UAE Driving License. "prefer own car" Should have relevant Medical Background degree or Bio Medical Engineers Should have Good Communication skills in English.
