Job Description

he Biomedical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling medical devices, consumables, and biomedical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role requires building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for doctors, nurses, and biomedical engineers. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated with competitor activity and industry trends. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan promotional activities and events. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. Support tender preparation, pricing, and contract negotiations with hospitals and procurement teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical business practices. Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical/service teams to resolve client issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in medical device/biomedical sales (preferred). Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and biomedical equipment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong professional relationships and influence decision-makers. Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Valid UAE driving license (for field sales roles in UAE).
