Responsible for sales and services of Medical equipment.
Responsible for the developing and executing sales strategies to optimize sales, growth, market penetration, and profitability in medical device.
Responsible for expanding medical device development business
Serve as sales lead in specific target market areas.
Maintain and build effective relationships with key and target accounts, healthcare industry leaders and industry associations.
Liaise with the technical team to assist customer to get solution, give the right recommendation, and solve the problem.
Find prospect clients
Conduct in-depth demonstration of the medical equipment/device.
Prepare and follow up quotations to secure orders
Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals.
Qualify viable leads and communicate them to appropriate team members for further evaluation and support. Work with tender team to craft winning strategies.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated device or equipment.
Analyze, inspect and review findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.
Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference; offers feedback on product development, features and functions.
Keep an inventory of equipment required for the repair work.
Prepare a detailed report on all the work that is done on each device or equipment.
Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.
Negotiate and evaluate contract and product pricing with the customers.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly agenda, reports on day to day activities, sales objectives, target progress, etc.
Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales pipeline to management.
Carry out any other related duties and tasks assigned by the management.
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance for medical equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
University Qualifications: BSc in Biomedical engineering
Minimum 2 years experience as Biomedical Sales Engineer
Specialist knowledge: Sales, After Sales Follow up, Supervision
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership ability, good negotiator, excellent communication skills, good command of English, Excellent computer skills
Language Fluency: English and Arabic
