Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Biomedical Engineer-(Sales Specialist) to join our growing team. This hybrid role will be based in Sharjah, UAE, and will require flexibility for international travel, especially across African markets. You will play a critical role in driving sales performance, building and managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell medical equipment to healthcare institutions in designated international markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for customers and partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met from pre-sales to post-sales support Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies Travel extensively (up to 50-70%) to assigned countries:

Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Somalia

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Biomedical Engineering

or a related technical field 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology valid UAE License (Preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals in an international setting Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Africa Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) Familiarity with export regulations and international sales procedures is an advantage
