Description:
We're expanding our modelling team and looking for experienced BIM professionals who can hit the ground running. This hiring drive seeks immediate joiners-candidates already based in Dubai will be given preference. The roles are focused on producing accurate, coordinated BIM models for interior, structural and architectural disciplines.
BIM Structural Modeler - focused on structural modelling, clash detection, and producing construction-ready structural deliverables.
Key qualifications:

2-6 years' hands-on experience in BIM drafting and modelling.
Strong command of AutoCAD and Revit with proven delivery of coordinated models.
Ability to produce accurate, detailed, and fully clash-resolved models ready for construction.
Good attention to detail, strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preference for candidates currently located in Dubai and available to join immediately.
