Job Description
BIM Structural Modeler
Experience:
Minimum 3
+ years
total experience At least 2+ years of GCC project experience
Industry:

- Residential, Commercial & High-Rise BuildingsRoles & Responsibilities:
Develop accurate
3D structural models
usingAutodesk Revit Structure
Preparestructural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed documentation
Coordinate withArchitectural and MEP teams
to ensure seamless model integration Ensure models comply withBIM standards, project requirements, and company guidelines
Generateschedules and quantity take-offs
directly from the BIM model Update and revise models based ondesign changes, RFIs, and client feedback
Participate inclash detection, coordination reviews, and BIM meetings
Maintain high levels ofmodel accuracy and structural detailing quality
Collaborate closely withStructural Engineers
to understand and interpret design intent Follow applicableindustry codes, standards, and CAD/BIM protocols
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Civil / Structural Engineering
or a related field3-5 years
of hands-on experience instructural BIM modelling
Strong ability toread and interpret structural & architectural drawings
Experience acrossdesign and construction phases
Immediate joiners preferred
Goodcommunication, coordination, and teamwork skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
