Company Overview: We are a dynamic and innovative interior design firm based in Dubai,Italy, London, specializing in luxury residential and hospitality. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior CAD & BIM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD, along with proven experience in project estimation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed interior design plans using AutoCAD and BIM software.
- Collaborate with design teams to create realistic 3D models and renderings.
- Ensure all CAD and BIM models are in line with architectural and interior design standards.
- Manage BIM data and libraries, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of design data.
- Utilize BIM models for cost estimation and assist in preparing project budgets.
- Work closely with project managers and design teams to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimations.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards in CAD/BIM modeling.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AutoCAD and BIM modeling, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong experience in project cost estimation and budgeting.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the UAE.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
