Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
BIM Professional
with strong expertise inAutodesk Navisworks
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Building Information Models across various disciplines, coordinating project data, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through advanced clash detection, model integration, and visualization workflows.Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain
BIM models
usingRevit
,Navisworks
, and other relevant software. Performclash detection
,model coordination
, and issue tracking usingNavisworks Manage
. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and consistency. Set up and enforceBIM standards
, workflows, and quality control procedures. Generate visualizations, 4D simulations, and reports for design and construction coordination. Support project teams withBIM execution plans (BEP)
and project setup. Assist in training and supporting project teams in BIM best practices and software usage.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum
5+ years
of experience in BIM coordination or similar roles. Strong proficiency inAutodesk Navisworks Manage
,Revit
, andAutoCAD
. Familiarity withBIM 360
,Synchro
, or other project collaboration platforms. Understanding ofBIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192)
and model coordination processes. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.Preferred
Experience with
4D/5D BIM
workflows. Knowledge ofDynamo
,Python
, orvisual programming
for BIM automation. Certification inAutodesk Navisworks
orBIM Management
