Job Requirements:
Knowledge and experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) Create 3D BIM models for inside and outside building scope Able to create BIM model out side the building for road, Oily water, storm water, sanitary water, landscaping and hardscaping system as well as site development. Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from 3D BIM model for buildings and outside building scope. Implement BIM standards (LOD definitions, shared parameters, naming, work-sharing). Understand and implement industry BIM standards. Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards. Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design. Interact with engineers, architects, and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings. 14+ Year of experience in relevant field. * Equivalent Degree
