Our valued clients in Sharjah looking forward to hiring a full (BIM Modeler/REVIT Draftsman (Steel structure background experienced) . Candidate must have at least 05 years of BIM Modeller/Revit. Must be from a Construction background. Job responsibilities:

• 3D Architectural modeling & 2D drafting and detailing & co-ordination.
• Complete design coordination with design teams including review, comments & RFI.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the modeling proceeding in complete coordination with all the partners of the project.
• ID detailed Modeling, as-built drawings, plans, elevations, Sections, architectural shop drawings .etc.
• Modify plans to suit the needs of the project.
• Customized Revit family creations, effective architecture, and structural modeling.
• Sheet generation for all stages of submissions & exporting the files into various formats.
• Handling team and documenting the working progress for all consultant BIM coordinators.
• Updates models/ drawings as per changes in design and material approval for each project work.

Minimum Education Required:

• Diploma/Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree/B.Arch/ ITI

Minimum Experience Required:

• 3- 8 years experience in Revit & 2+ years of minimum GCC experience

Salary: up to AED 7000 Location: Sharjah Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
