Bim Modeler/engineer (architecture)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural models based on project requirements and drawings.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy.
Integrate architectural models with structural and MEP systems.
Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.
Assist in clash detection and coordination activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
5 years of experience in BIM modeling/engineering within the construction industry.
Proven experience with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
Experience with railway or metro projects is preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
