Bim Modeler
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy
Review and update drawings, plans, and project documentation based on BIM models
Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM software
Support project teams in design visualization, scheduling, and coordination
Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, guidelines, and client requirements
Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation from BIM models
Assist in implementing BIM standards, templates, and protocols
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture
Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in construction projects
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling tools
Knowledge of construction processes, standards, and coordination workflows
Strong attention to detail and technical understanding of building systems
