Bim Modeler
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D BIM models based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy
Detect and resolve clash detections between different building systems
Prepare construction drawings, plans, and documentation from the BIM model
Maintain model updates and version control throughout project phases
Support project visualization and design review
Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation from the model
Key Skills:
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD)
Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design principles
Clash detection and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of construction processes and standards
Collaboration and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
