Bim Modeler Structural Design & Coordination
Job Description
Job Overview
Develop accurate 3D structural models using Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 in coordination with engineering teams
Prepare detailed construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and structural details
Coordinate BIM models with architecture, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and clash-free output
Participate in clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks or equivalent software
Support updates to models based on design changes, redlines, and engineering feedback
Assist in preparing BIM deliverables aligned with client standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Maintain and manage BIM templates, families, and project-specific standards
Contribute to design quality checks, compliance reviews, and documentation control
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
8+ years of experience in BIM modelling for structural systems, preferably in tower-scale projects
Skills
Proficiency in Revit (Structural), AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Navisworks
Familiarity with UAE building codes and structural engineering workflows
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver documentation with accuracy
Effective communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
Understanding of structural design principles and construction sequencing
