Job Description
We are seeking a BIM Modeler for creating accurate 3D models and shop/erection drawings of structural and miscellaneous steel components. The role ensures drawings are precise, fabrication-ready, and coordinated with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop
3D Tekla Structures models
for structural steel and miscellaneous steel works. Prepareshop drawings, GA drawings, assembly drawings, and erection drawings
. Generatematerial lists, bolt lists, and CNC/NC files
from Tekla. Coordinate with design engineers and project teams for inputs and clarifications. Update models and drawings to reflect revisions and client/consultant comments. Ensure drawings are practical forfabrication, welding, and erection
.Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or equivalent. 2-4 years' experience as a Tekla Modeller/Detailer in structural steel projects. Proficiency in
Tekla Structures
software. Knowledge ofsteel fabrication and erection methods
. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
