is a specialist in high-quality marble manufacturing supply and installation. We work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to deliver customized natural stone solutions for luxury hotels, commercial spaces, and high-end residences.

We are growing our team and are looking for a

BIM modeler

to join us in successfully completing our iconic projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for marble and stone installation projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools. Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, setting-out plans, and 3D models based on architectural and structural drawings. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings. Integrate manufacturer data, material specifications, and stone layouts into the BIM model. Revise models and drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients. Support digital documentation, quantity take-offs, and material coordination workflows through BIM.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2

years

of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in the stone/marble, fit-out, or facade industry. Proficiency in

Revit

,

AutoCAD

,

Navisworks

, and other relevant BIM/CAD software. Strong understanding of architectural and construction documentation. Knowledge of stone cladding, cut-to-size fabrication, or interior fit-out detailing is preferred Attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
