We're looking for BIM Modeler/REVIT Draftsman that specializes in architecture modeling & drawings to be based in Dubai. Candidates without architecture experience will be rejected immediately.
For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
3D Architectural modelling & 2D drafting and detailing & coordination.
Complete design coordination with design team.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the modelling proceeding in complete coordination with all the partners of the project.
Attention to detailed Modelling, as-built drawings, plans, elevations, Sections, and architectural shop drawings.
Modify plans to suit the needs of the project.
Customized Revit family creations, effective architecture modelling.
Sheet generation for all stages of submissions & exporting the files into various formats.
Updates models/ drawings as per changes in design and material approval for each project work.
Understanding BIM Workflow, Work-sharing and Collaboration is a must.
Requirements:
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
Drafting/BIM Skill
Must have experience in architecture drawings
Immediate joiners available in UAE
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Revit
Minimum 2+ years of GCC experience
Experience in the Construction industry
Diploma/B.Arch. / ITI
Computer Skill
Collaboration Skill
Attention to Details
Communication Skill
