Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Working with clients to create detailed models based on their needs, including identifying project goals, objectives, and constraints Developing Construccion drawings and other design documents using computer aided design (CAD) software Communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on the same page Coordinating with other members of the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date Building 3D models using 3D and BIM software Developing drawings to show how construction will take place based on the design provided by architects or engineers Gathered outdoor living design goals from clients and explained the options Communicated effectively with the clients about the changes made to design after initial approval meetings Landscape study of areas around buildings and gardens Calculate estimated project quantities and costs Using specialized computer applications to create virtual models of buildings and other structures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or other related fields. Minimum 2 years professional experience in an architectural or outdoor living design firm Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite Maximum Revit LOD of 500 Strong portfolio of previous work, with examples of successful projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
