BIM Modeler - Pool or Plumbing Experience

Assist in the planning, design, coordination, and management of MEP systems on construction projects. Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure MEP systems are installed and delivered according to specifications. Assist in the design and coordination of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Provide technical support during all stages of the project. Monitor and supervise MEP works on-site. Assist in selecting and procuring materials and equipment for MEP systems. Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and subcontractors. Prepare reports, technical documents, and progress updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working on MEP systems within construction projects. Familiarity with MEP design, installation, and commissioning processes. Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project). Relevant certifications or training in MEP systems are a plus. Strong communication skills.
