Bim Modeler (mechanical / Electrical)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems
Prepare detailed drawings and models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure model accuracy
Support clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
Ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements
Update and maintain BIM documentation throughout project lifecycle
Requirements
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler
Prior experience working on Gulf region projects
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Good understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
