Job Description
Requirements:
1-4 years' Experience Excellent command of English (Spoken and written) Positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset Smart, hardworking and eager to learn Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software tools Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models (LOD 200-500) of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards. Work closely with team leaders, BIM coordinators, and engineers to integrate designs. Generate 2D drawings, sections, and elevations from the 3D model. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all project stages. Experience in 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) is an added advantage.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
