Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

BIM Modeler

with a strong background in

joinery and interior fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing accurate 3D models of custom furniture, cabinetry, doors, partitions, and other joinery elements using Autodesk Revit and related tools. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, coordinated BIM outputs in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed and accurate

3D BIM models

for joinery and interior fit-out elements (e.g., wardrobes, cabinets, vanities, doors, wall paneling). Create

2D shop drawings

and fabrication details from BIM models. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure

design coordination and clash detection

. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and families specific to joinery works. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and update models based on RFIs, design changes, and redlines. Generate

schedules, BOQs, and material take-offs

from BIM models. Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and industry standards. Support the digital delivery team with model uploads, file management, and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree

in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in BIM modeling for joinery/interior fit-out projects. Proficient in

Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

, and other BIM tools. Understanding of

joinery fabrication processes, materials

, and construction details. Familiarity with

IFC standards

, LOD specifications, and BIM workflows. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) like BIM 360 is a plus.

Preferred:

Knowledge of parametric modeling and Revit Family creation. Previous experience in a

high-end residential, retail, hospitality, or commercial joinery

environment. Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
