Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a BIM Modeler - Interior Design to support high-end hospitality and special projects within its flagship developments, including Azizi Venice and the Azizi Opera project in Dubai South. Reporting to the Interior Design Manager, this role bridges creative interior design intent with technical BIM execution, ensuring accurate, coordinated, and clash-free documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Summary
The BIM Modeler - Interior Designer plays a critical role in translating interior design concepts into coordinated BIM models and detailed technical documentation. The role focuses on hospitality and mixed-use developments, ensuring design quality, constructability, and coordination with all disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed interior BIM models in line with approved design intent and project requirements
Prepare coordinated BIM-based drawings including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules
Ensure accurate integration of interior elements such as finishes, joinery, FF and E, lighting features, and bespoke design components
Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to resolve clashes
Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and model accuracy across project stages
Support interior designers by translating concepts into technically sound and buildable solutions
Assist in design coordination workshops and BIM reviews with internal teams and external consultants
Update models and drawings based on design changes, authority comments, and site feedback
Ensure all BIM outputs comply with project BIM execution plans and quality control procedures
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in BIM modeling for interior design projects
Strong experience in hospitality, residential, or mixed-use developments
Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows for interior design
Good understanding of construction detailing, materials, and coordination processes
Ability to work closely with designers, consultants, and technical teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines
