Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage detailed Revit models for HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV, and 3rd Fix systems. Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar coordination tools. Extract 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models. Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP design teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination. Adhere to the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LOD requirements, and naming/convention standards. Update models based on RFIs, design changes, and site feedback. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support interdisciplinary integration. Ensure timely delivery of modeling deliverables aligned with project milestones.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience in large-scale construction projects. Demonstrated expertise in modeling and coordinating MEP systems, particularly in aviation, infrastructure, or government projects. Proficiency in

, and BIM 360. Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Must be able to work on-site in Doha for the contract duration.
