Create and manage 3D BIM models for architectural and structural designs using Revit.
Prepare drawings, layouts, and construction documents from BIM models.
Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes.
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
Support design and construction teams with accurate and updated BIM data.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling for architecture and structure.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and familiar with Navisworks/BIM 360.
Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
