Job Description

Creating and developing accurate 3D models of architectural designs using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed BIM models.

Generating and maintaining 2D drawings, plans, and sections based on the BIM models.

Ensuring the BIM models comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Coordinating and integrating models from various disciplines (such as structural, MEP, and civil) into a consolidated BIM model for clash detection and coordination.

Conducting clash detection analysis and resolving clashes through coordination meetings and model revisions.

Creating and managing parametric families and templates within the BIM software.

Assisting in the preparation of project documentation and reports.

Staying updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Providing technical support and training to other team members, as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (2-5 years) as a BIM Modeler in [construction / theming / design / relevant industry]. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (or equivalent BIM software). Knowledge of BIM execution plans, clash detection, and project collaboration workflows. Good understanding of Theming drawings, design coordination, and documentation. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
