Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling and coordination
Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, and related tools
Able to produce detailed technical and shop drawings
Excellent knowledge of construction standards and clash detection
Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
Strong communication and coordination skills with design and site teams
Knowledge of local authority requirements is a plus (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate and coordinated BIM models for architecture, structure, or MEP disciplines
Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and details
Work closely with the BIM Coordinator and other disciplines to resolve clashes
Participate in coordination meetings and update models accordingly
Support project teams in ensuring all BIM deliverables are compliant with project standards
