We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
BIM Modeler
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of three years of experience
in Building Information Modeling, with strong knowledge of BIM software and coordination processes.
Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
Coordinate BIM models with other trades and ensure clash-free integration.
Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings from BIM models.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to incorporate required changes.
Ensure all models are in compliance with project BIM standards and protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction industry.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing.
Experience in MEP modeling is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
