Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
Should be familiar with ELV and EL.
Develop accurate 2D/3D BIM models for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Structured Cabling, etc.) using Revit and AutoCAD.
Coordinate ELV models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free integration.
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed ELV layout documentation as per project standards.
Perform model updates, clash detection, and resolve technical discrepancies in collaboration with engineers.
Maintain BIM documentation, follow project BIM standards, and support the delivery of coordinated ELV design packages.
