Responsibilities
Develop detailed and coordinated BIM models for
Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP
projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate design representation
Produce 3D models and 2D construction drawings using BIM and CAD software
Review, update, and revise models based on project requirements and design changes
Perform clash detection and assist in clash resolution across disciplines using BIM tools
Generate accurate quantity take-offs from BIM models
Maintain organized BIM files, standards, and project documentation
Experience & Skills
4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
in BIM modeling
Strong proficiency in
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Demonstrated experience in preparing schematics and detailed technical drawings
Knowledge of
Civil 3D
for infrastructure projects is an advantage
Solid understanding of
BIM Levels of Development (LOD 400-LOD 500)
High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Open to
Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP Engineers / BIM Modelers
Degree or Diploma in
Architecture, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP, or equivalent discipline
Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
