Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably in villa and building projects.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
Knowledge of UAE building codes and standards is an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
