Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

BIM Modeler - Architect

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing architectural BIM models in compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and UAE authority standards. The candidate should have strong experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and manage architectural BIM models at various LOD stages (300-500). Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration. Prepare drawings, schedules, and shop drawings extracted from BIM models. Support the BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager in implementing BIM standards and execution plans. Create and maintain Revit families and libraries in compliance with company standards. Conduct clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar tools. Ensure models are aligned with UAE building codes, local authorities, and project specifications. Provide technical support and training to junior modelers when required. Assist in project submissions and approvals with relevant government authorities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. 2-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler / Architectural Draftsman in the UAE or GCC (preferred). Proficiency in

Revit Architecture

,

AutoCAD

, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools. Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD definitions, and BEPs. Knowledge of UAE local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DMT, etc.) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines. Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in facade, interiors, or large-scale architectural projects. Certification in Autodesk Revit / BIM is a plus. Ability to adapt to fast-paced project environments.
