Position Overview:

We are looking for a

highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler - Architectural & Facade

to join our innovative design and construction team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models, focusing on architectural and facade systems, in alignment with project standards, client specifications, and construction timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage detailed

3D BIM models

for architectural and facade systems using Autodesk Revit. Develop and modify

parametric Revit families

tailored to specific project requirements. Convert architectural concepts, CAD drawings, and sketches into BIM-compliant models. Collaborate with

architects, facade consultants, engineers

, and other stakeholders to ensure model coordination and accuracy. Ensure deliverables comply with

UAE BIM standards

,

LOD (Level of Development)

specifications, and company protocols. Participate actively in

clash detection and coordination

meetings. Maintain and update BIM models throughout

design, development, and construction phases

. Support the BIM Manager or Project Manager with documentation and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years' experience

as a BIM Modeler with a focus on

architectural and facade

systems. Proficient in

Autodesk Revit Architecture

, especially in

family creation, project setup, and detailing

. Strong knowledge of

architectural detailing

and

facade system construction

. Familiarity with

UAE building codes

,

BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)

, and

LOD specifications

. Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and technical documentation. Excellent

collaboration, coordination, and communication

skills. Ability to work efficiently in a

fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment

. Knowledge of additional software such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Rhino is a plus.
