Autodesk Revit Architecture
, including the creation of advanced Revit families. You will be responsible for developing accurate and clash-free BIM models that align with project standards, client specifications, and construction schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop precise and detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and facade systems.
Create, modify, and manage parametric Revit families based on project-specific requirements.
Translate architectural design concepts and CAD drawings into BIM environments.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facade consultants to ensure modeling accuracy and coordination.
Ensure all BIM outputs comply with UAE BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD) specifications, and internal modeling protocols.
Participate in interdisciplinary clash detection and coordination meetings.
Continuously update and maintain BIM models throughout all project phases.
Requirements:
Minimum of
3 years' experience
as a BIM Modeler, with a focus on
architectural and facade modeling
.
Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit Architecture
, including
family creation
and project setup.
Solid understanding of architectural detailing and facade system design.
Familiarity with
UAE building codes
, BIM execution plans, and LOD standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation.
Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
