BIM Modeler

Required: BIM Modeler to work in contracting company - Abu Dhabi/ UAE.

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM MEP Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in MEP modeling using Autodesk Revit and be proficient in preparing accurate and coordinated shop drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update detailed MEP models (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical) using Revit. Produce coordinated and clash-free shop drawings as per project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, architects, structural and site teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination. Participate in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks. Follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific workflows and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM MEP Modeler. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction drawings. Experience in preparing LOD 300/400 level shop drawings. Understanding of BIM standards such as AIA, ISO 19650 is a plus. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Dynamo or other automation tools is an advantage. Knowledge of BIM 360 or similar CDE platforms is a plus. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
